• Chapter 13 bankruptcy: With Chapter 13 bankruptcy, your debts are reorganized into a3-5 year payment plan that your creditors must accept. To qualify for Chapter 13 bankruptcy, we do a plan analysis that determines if you have enough funds to make regular payments.
